Downpipe Bolts and Springs
New stainless steel bolts and springs for the turbo down pipe are now available. Although not like original bolts with a hex head, these new bolts give extra clearance when used with the larger down pipe or with a stock down pipe.

Cracked Manifold Repair
It is very common to find the special, passenger side, turbo exhaust manifold of your 4.9 Turbo to have cracks below the center exhaust port bolt heads.
We now offer a brazing service to repair those cracks.
Just send us your cracked manifold to have it brazed. We will also remove any broken bolts or studs along with a coat of high temp paint.

Exhaust Manifold Donut Gaskets
1981 Driver's side exhaust manifold donut gasket.
For 1981, Pontiac changed the 301's drivers side exhaust manifold outlet. They reduced the size of the outlet and made a special donut gasket specifically for the turbo engine. Since a replacement gasket is no longer available, we custom make a gasket to fit this 1 year only application.
